HOT SECTORS IN NIGERIAN ECONOMY.
The Nigerian economy consists of various hot sectors which are money making sectors especially for the upcoming young entrepreneurs in Nigeria. So much focus is been put on the oil and gas sector, because of the nature of the wealth that can be derived from it.
But as a young Nigerian, there are other sectors that can pump in money for you apart from the oil and gas sector. And they include:
1. Education Sector: Brilliant students in Nigeria who are passionate towards teaching and tutoring can make money in this area by establishing tutorial centres/classes for students having issues in some subjects and courses in the tertiary institutions. They can also offer tutorial services to students of professional examinations like ICAN, ACCA, CITN, CIMA etc.
2. Agriculture: In fact, this is the hottest sector for a Nigerian youth who is fit enough to work on the farm. It's a nice sector to invest in, especially this period where there is demand for locally produced food items and materials
And it will also reduce the level of inflation of food products in Nigeria by reducing the amount spent by agro-allied industries in importing agricultural raw materials and food materials abroad.
3. Technology: This include, blogging, digital marketing, e-commerce, graphics design etc.
4. Finance: This include, Forex trading, financial consulting, micro finance services etc.
5. Real Estate: You can be an agent of the sector, providing conducive accommodation and luxury for people. You can also gain employment opportunity for yourself and the same applies to the above mentioned sectors
